Drivari passages are organized by Drivari Ventures, LLC, 6500 Motor Enclave Way (Unit 1407), Tampa, FL 33610 ("Drivari," "we," "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Drivari Ventures, LLC.
By requesting an invitation, creating an account, or joining a Drivari passage, you agree to these Terms. If you are applying on behalf of a passenger or co-driver, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them as well.
Drivari is invitation-based. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We review each application individually and admit a small field chosen for fit. Accounts created through the site remain pending until an administrator approves them.
A Drivari passage is a spirited touring event on open public roads, not a race or timed competition. You agree to obey all traffic laws, posted speed limits, and the reasonable instructions of event staff. You are solely responsible for the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times. Drivers are 21 or over and hold a valid, unrestricted licence. Alcohol is enjoyed legally, responsibly, and never combined with driving.
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, properly registered, and insured for the roads on which the passage travels. Drivari does not inspect, certify, or warrant the condition of any participant vehicle.
Motoring carries inherent risk. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for risks to yourself, your passengers, and your property. A separate event waiver may be required before departure.
Each passage’s fee is set out on your member billing page; paying it, in full or in part, confirms your place and your acceptance of these Terms. Because we commit to hotels, tables, and crew far in advance, payments become non-refundable once the passage’s underlying reservations pass their own cancellation deadlines. If you must withdraw after that point, we will return whatever we can recover and credit the remainder toward a future passage. If Drivari cancels a passage for any reason other than the circumstances in section 08, you receive a full refund.
Mountains have their own plans. If wildfire, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control force us to alter or cancel a passage, we will re-route where we safely can. Where we cannot, we will return every dollar we can recover from hotels and vendors and credit the rest toward a future passage.
A passage is photographed and filmed, and group moments naturally include the field. Anything beyond that is opt-in: we feature you or your vehicle in Drivari’s public materials only with your consent, and you may change your answer at any time by telling the concierge.
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on the application form, you agree to receive text messages from Drivari about your application and the passages you join — application status, event logistics, schedule changes, and updates from the road. The Drivari text-messaging program is operated by Straylite, Inc.. Message frequency varies and is highest during an event week. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying, being admitted, or participating. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. After a STOP we send one final message confirming your opt-out and nothing further. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use of the site or participation in an event constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
